Why is Dr. Megan Currier the right choice to be your family dentist?
Dr. Megan Harvin Currier is a local from Tangipahoa Parish, who knew since high school she wanted to become a dentist. She began her journey in the field of dentistry as a dental assistant when she was 17 years old. Originally from Kentwood, LA, she moved to Hammond to attend Southeastern Louisiana University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Organismal and Integrated Biology. From there, she attended Louisiana State University School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Currier is married to Ross Currier, a high school football coach at Jewel M. Sumner High School. They adore spending time with their sons Vincent & Gabe! They also enjoy their lovable Labrador, Lucy. When Dr. Currier is not practicing dentistry, she loves traveling, cooking, baking for loved ones, watching football, and being outdoors. Dr. Currier is a CASA volunteer with the LA Foster Care System and a member of the Hammond Chamber of Commerce. She loves her Hammond Community! She also loves helping her patients feel comfortable while achieving their best smile! Her goal is for every patient to "Smile with Confidence".
